.outdoor cycling.


we had a good exercise yesterday!

what you'd need when cycling outdoor
during the day:

1. a good pair of sports shoes
2. sweat proof shirt
and also
3. sweat proof inner wear
4. tracksuit bottoms or
5. cycling shorts, preferably padded
6. cycling helmet
7. cycling gloves
8. cycling goggles
9. positive power of determination!

.if ejal was alone, he could complete this route faster
and burn more calories.

we still had fun though.
a rewarding day spent together.
